Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy differs from physical retail stores.
- Digital Ebook Purchases
Because ebooks are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense, all sales of digital products are generally considered final.
- Exceptions for Refunds
We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- The ebook file is corrupted or technically defective, and our support team cannot provide a working copy.
- You accidentally purchased the exact same title twice.
- You have not yet downloaded the file from our servers (we can verify download history).
